SAARE, or SAER, is a village one mile N.E. from Grove Ferry Station, eight S.W. from Margate, and eight N.E. from Canterbury. The population in 1851 was 194. The living is annexed to St. Nicholas. The Rev. John Hilton is lord of the Manor.

Margate. The nearest Money Order Office is at Herne Bay.
